Frequently, female students talk of difficulty in making time for themselves or feeling guilty. There are lots of great reasons and benefits absolutely why you should nurture yourself.

This yoga workshop for women, will show you some of the best yoga poses and breathing exercises for women. In particular, some yoga poses that help PMS and menopause. Keep the yoga benefits going by learning what you can practice at home.
Our morning of strength and inner poise, starts with an invigorating, dynamic, vinyasa yoga practice of asanas that keeps us strong and feeling empowered. Expect to build inner heat and awaken your core.
Followed by a sequence of well deserved closing restorative postures to let your body, mind and spirit truly melt.
To enhance your session and strengthen the mind-body connection, you will be able to use a lovely range of pre and post practice aromatherapy oils from yogandha
The icing on the cake will be yummy and sweet But healthy treats…Yum!

If you have secured a place on a yoga workshop and you cannot attend, please be aware that you must give me two weeks’ notice in order to receive a full refund. If cancelling less than two weeks prior to the workshop, then you would not be entitled to a refund.
