During this introduction to vinyasa flow for beginners, you will gain a good understanding of flow yoga, a dynamic, energetic style linking movement with the breath. This helps us to maintain a calm, clear focused mind, which is great on and off the mat.
Vinyasa flow yoga has a cardiovascular effect, building strength including core strength, improves posture and increases flexibility. Which is why this is such a popular form of yoga.
You will be guided on proper alignment and encouraged throughout. Monique will show you how to modify postures to suit your individual needs.
Open to students completely new to yoga and yoga students wanting to discover a more energetic style. This session is for you, if you want to improve your wellbeing, feel adventurous and want to have fun!
