I went to Monique’s Arm Balance yoga workshop- it was hard work and I loved every minute of it!
I’m rubbish at both arm balance and handstands, but figured I won’t improve unless I get in there and try.
Monique really helped build my confidence and gave me great tips to improve.
I held crow pose for a few seconds, which is a massive achievement for me. I’m well chuffed!
Thank you Monique for your patient and helpful tuition, I’m definitely going to practise at home more now. 🙂 Laurice
