Yoga has helped me to discover my strength, stamina and inner peace whilst raising a family and balancing the hectic demands of everyday life.

In 2005 I began teaching yoga predominantly in vinyasa flow.  I specialise in working with people who are interested in exploring through movement, breath work, and meditation a practice that helps all aspects of life.

My classes, private yoga, workshops, and retreats are popular with people who want to incorporate more activity with fun challenges that improve strength and boosts self-confidence.

My method of yoga teaching is definitely not ‘one size fits all’ students describe my classes as being full of knowledge, professional guidance for your individual needs and lots of warmth and laughter.

Outside of regular classes in Nottingham, I love to spread the joy of vinyasa flow, teaching sessions for BWY, Nottingham’s Yoga and Wellbeing Festival and guest teaching around the East Midlands. Get in touch to book a session at your studio or event.
