How we work together

Private yoga sessions are 60 minutes long

I see clients at a location in West Bridgford OR can come to your home or office in Nottingham.

Priority for appointments is given to clients who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)

New clients are able to book a one-hour introductory lesson to experience my teaching style and see if it’s a good fit.

Sessions can then be booked in packages of 4 or 10 sessions

If availability allows, I am more than happy to schedule yoga sessions on an “as needed” basis
