we laugh when it goes a bit wrong, your positive energy and finally the beautiful environment you have created for your students .. a transportation to a restful place allowing you to connect to yourself
What I love about your classes:- we set an intention, it wakes up my mind, body and spirit, you push me mentally and physically, you help me to achieve the impossible pose, it makes me glow.
“The classes are always excellently planned and structured. They have a great balance of variety alongside developing seasonal themes allowing one to track progress. “I have been having one-to-one lessons with Monique for quite a while now. Her lessons are quite different to any classes that I have attended with other teachers. Her hands on approach is excellent and you get a lot more out of the lesson by having one to one tuition. She is such a friendly person and is obviously very passionate about her profession. Pupils at Lady Bay Primary School enjoyed the opportunity to have yoga sessions as part of their “Healthy Lifestyles Day”. The sessions contributed to the school’s provision of a variety of activities appealing to different tastes, ages and abilities, one of the criteria for gaining Healthy School Status.
