What I love about having you as my yoga teacher..you made me feel welcome from the first class, your calmness,
we laugh when it goes a bit wrong, your positive energy and finally the beautiful environment you have created for your students .. a transportation to a restful place allowing you to connect to yourself
What I love about your classes:- we set an intention, it wakes up my mind, body and spirit, you push me mentally and physically, you help me to achieve the impossible pose, it makes me glow.
I’m rubbish at both arm balance and handstands, but figured I won’t improve unless I get in there and try.
Monique really helped build my confidence and gave me great tips to improve.
I held crow pose for a few seconds, which is a massive achievement for me. I’m well chuffed!

Yoga is great because it’s such a good way to wind down after a long day at school, and it lets you think more clearly afterwards and de-stress.
Pupils at Lady Bay Primary School enjoyed the opportunity to have yoga sessions as part of their “Healthy Lifestyles Day”. The sessions contributed to the school’s provision of a variety of activities appealing to different tastes, ages and abilities, one of the criteria for gaining Healthy School Status.
After my yoga session with Monique I always feel relaxed and calm and have a lovely sense of inner peace.
