I hold regular weekend Yoga Workshops in Nottingham to help keep you, and your yoga practise energised and recharged throughout the year.

I plan my workshops around a particular theme or focus to give yoga students an opportunity to explore Vinyasa Flow outside of regular yoga classes. I always plan my yoga workshops so that I am able to accommodate both beginners to advanced level students, but they aren’t always suitable for absolute beginners. They are, however, a great way for those of you who have studied yoga before to either enrich your personal practise or to try out something new.
