Over 18 years of yoga practice and 5,000 plus hours of teaching experience have given me a wonderful toolbox: to help people find vitality, playfulness and balance in their relationships, work, and daily life.

My method of yoga teaching is definitely not ‘one size fits all’ I aim to offer accessible classes for all shapes and sizes.

Back in 1999, I discovered yoga. I was a frazzled mum of two young children and had a desperate urge to move my body and get back a sense of me.

Yoga has helped to improve my strength, stamina and inner calm. Helping me to navigate raising a family and balancing the hectic demands of everyday life. My experience, knowledge, qualifications and expertise helps others replenish, rebalance, and reach achievable goals

My approach combines yoga, modern movement science,with intentional breathwork to support you in unlocking your potential.

I offer a range of classes, private yoga and retreats either in-person and live sessions via Zoom. Bespoke programmes can be created just for you.

I have a wealth of certifications since 2005: Vinyasa flow yoga, Modern Yoga training with Heart & Bones Yoga, trained breathwork teacher with Oxygen Advantage and Breath,Body, Mind
