How It Works

When you book, you’ll complete a short intake form so I understand your history, concerns, and goals.

We’ll meet in person in Bridport or online via Zoom at a time that suits you.

In your first session, we’ll discuss what you’re experiencing and what you’d love to change. I’ll assess key movement patterns and guide you through foundational exercises tailored specifically to you.

Some women book a single session to refine their practice.

Others choose an ongoing package so we can progressively build strength and resilience over time.

Programmes of 6 to 10 sessions are available at a discounted rate
