Yoga and Breathwork Schedule

  • In-Person Classes

    Slow flow class packed with practices to unwind & soothe deeply

    Thursdays 6.30 PM to 7.45 PM,

    Venue: Bridport Complementary Health, South Street, Bridport.

    DATES: Sept 4th,11th, 18th, 25th, OCT 2nd, 9th

    Celebrate midlife with yoga to:

  • Online Classes

    Mondays 6.30 pm-7.30 pm,

    DATES: Sept 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, OCT 6th, 13th

    Experience practical tools for real life. Slow flow that builds strength with intention. Providing more steadiness, presence and emotional balance.

    Learn practices curated to relieve common menopause symptoms of anxiety, hot flushes & poor sleep.

    Each class has a different focus to progress strengthen and deepen:

    • Breathing to awaken

    • Smart movement to boost joint stability & balance

    • Restorative flow to replenish you fully.

    You’ll receive…

    1-hour classes held online via Zoom

    14 days Access to each class recording for all registered guests to continue with the practices.

    A toolkit of techniques to support and balance your body and mind

    A warm, relaxed space to slow down and prioritise yourself.

    A direct line of support from me, a teacher with 20 years of experience in yoga and a certified breathwork instructor.
