When the pace of life speeds up with a pile-up of things to do, it drains your batteries. It’s natural to experience more stress and lose our sense of calm.
The shorter days gave us an extra hour in bed but as a midlife woman you could find sleep even more disrupted than usual.
My Cosy Yoga classes will share extra nourishing practices combining mindful movement to discharge heightened tension, yoga for calm, and gentle breathwork so we can fortify ourselves in the darker days and hectic holiday season.
Our boutique studio holds a maximum of just 6 students.

As a midlife woman, I know how perimenopause and menopause can leave us feeling drained of energy, but what if you could have a happier body and mind with a process that builds capacity and also nourishes you?
Over six weeks, we’ll focus on enlightening ways to build your suppleness and tend to your emotional needs.
