In-Person- Radiant Strength:6 Weeks of Yoga for Midlife
Slow flow class packed with powerful practices helping you to be strong, release pressure & soothe deeply.
Thursdays 6.30 PM to 7.45 PM,
Venue: Bridport Complementary Health, South Street, Bridport.
DATES: OCT 16th,30th, NOV 6th, 13th,20th & 27th (**no class on 23rd Oct)

Sessions are curated to enhance mindful strength, flexibility, with evidence-based practices that can support hot flushes, anxiety, and sleep problems
