I work with women over 40 who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident — but are tired of pushing, guessing, or worrying that every ache means they’re doing something wrong.

I’ve walked this path myself, and my approach integrating yoga for menopause is about anatomy informed movement that enhances yoga for strength and stress reduction. What we truly need in our 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond.

You’ll be guided carefully here. I’ll offer options, and you’re always encouraged to listen to what feels supportive for you today.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about feeling safe, capable, and at ease in your body again.

All are welcome, whether you are new to yoga, returning after a long break or a seasoned yoga student. Midlife can feel hectic and this space is friendly and accessible with thoughtful teaching so you leave fully refreshed.

    July 2nd - 23rd Breathing For Menopause and Beyond

    A 4 week series that teaches gentle yet effective ways to calm menopause anxiety, clear brain fog and sleep better.

    We’ll practice mindful movement to unwind tension but no yoga poses, science-backed breathing techniques that can be done seated or standing, and balance your nervous system with a guided relaxation.

    Our boutique studio holds a maximum of just 6 students. Offering you a brilliant opportunity: To have a session that is NOT one size fits all.

    One of the reasons that I love teaching small groups is that I get to know you and offer options.
