The silver lining has been deepening my understanding of life as a woman in her 40s and beyond. And what lets us feel in control and wonderful again. With over 2 decades in teaching yoga and as a yoga teacher trainer, my teaching integrates yoga, science-based breathwork and yoga for menopause.
I show how you can fix common menopause symptoms like constant worrying, hot flashes, low mood, and not feeling good about yourself.
