By booking a class, private session, or event with Monique Fryer Yoga you are entering into a contract that has the following important information and conditions:

All classes & workshops must be prepaid to secure your place.

Your registration for class signifies your acceptance of these terms.

Online Class Safety

  • Before you join my online classes, please take the time to ensure you are practising in a safe environment with plenty of clear space around you.

  • You know your body best and are therefore responsible for ensuring that you look after yourself by adapting and modifying postures according to your range of movement.

  • Stop any practices that make you feel unwell physically, mentally, or emotionally.

  • The teacher will not be able to see you at all times nor guide you individually so please stay as present as possible and ask if unsure.

  • Please be aware that you practice yoga by livestreaming at your own risk and no liability will arise on the part of Monique Fryer Yoga.

  • If you have any concerns during practice, please stop immediately and advise Monique.

  • Payment & Bookings

  • Classes that are purchased in a block must be used in consecutive weeks

  • All bookings including pay as you go/drop-in bookings are non-refundable.

  • When you purchase an online booking for one place please be aware that this zoom access is not for sharing

Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If a class or workshop is cancelled by Monique, you will be offered a full refund or the option of attending an alternative event.

Cancellations for workshop places made more than 28 days before the start will be fully refunded.

For any other cancellations, LESS than 28 days there will be no refunds offered. You are welcome to give your space to a friend as long as it is medically suitable for them.If the teacher is able to fill your space, a space will be offered to you on the next available date.
We must be notified by email if a friend will attend in your place and that the session is appropriate for their abilities.

Yoga Mentor Programme Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Please note we can only provide a full refund (less your non-refundable deposit) for cancellations made more than 10 weeks before the programme start date. Refunds will not be offered if cancellations are made after the 10 week cut off.

If the course is cancelled you will be offered a full refund or the option of attending an alternative event.
