Yoga and Breathwork Classes…

Fun. Energising. Mindful.

I work with women in midlife who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident — but are tired of pushing, guessing, or worrying that every ache means they’re doing something wrong. I’m not a bendy yoga teacher, and I don’t expect you to be one either. I’ve walked this path myself, and my approach is about anatomy informed movement that enhances and reflects what we truly need in our 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.

You’ll be guided carefully here. I’ll offer options, and you’re always encouraged to listen to what feels supportive for you today.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about feeling safe, capable, and at ease in your body again.

Who is this for?

All female identifying women who’d love a space to be with other midlife women who get it, looking for fresh perspectives that boost your confidence and expand your possibilities. All are welcome, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yoga student.

    Venue: Bridport Complementary Health, South St, Bridport

    Our boutique studio holds a maximum of just 6 students.

    Offering you a brilliant opportunity for more individualised expert attention from Monique, space to spread out, and to make friends within our community.

    PLACES £51 **6 people max; priority is given to those wanting the full 6-week immersion.
