Not just to feel good while you’re on your yoga mat but also to benefit all the activities/ patterns of our daily lives. Whether that’s ways to combat a lot of sitting or being empowered to move more.

This is a sustainable yoga that upgrades your yoga practice by promoting mobility over flexibility.

Mobility is the active range of motion in a joint and flexibility is the ability of a muscle to lengthen. It’s possible to only focus on being very flexible without having joint mobility or stability which is a bit like stretching a rubber band until it loses elasticity.
