As a personal yoga teacher, I offer 20 years of professional knowledge to give you the best private yoga lessons to meet you exactly where you are and help you achieve what you need most from the practice.

Our first consultation includes discussing your reasons for choosing yoga and any goals, assessing movement habits, and exploring foundational poses. I’ll offer straightforward fun homework to keep up the good work.

How we work together

  • Private yoga sessions are usually 60 minutes long.

  • I see clients In-person, via Zoom, or at your home or office in Nottingham.

  • Priority for appointments is given to clients who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

  • New clients are able to book a one-hour introductory lesson to experience my teaching style and see if it’s a good fit.

  • Sessions can be booked as a programme of 4, 6 or 10 lessons. Develop your yoga routine to experience long term transformational health benefits.

  • If availability allows I am happy to schedule sessions on an “as-needed” basis.

Rates for lessons in person at my home studio are:

£55 for 60 minutes

Rates for a programme of 4 or more sessions starts from = £200
