• Simple nervous system support you can use anytime — before meetings, difficult conversations or stressful moments

I’m a certified Oxygen Advantage® Instructor and Level 3 Breath-Body-Mind teacher specialising in breathwork and yoga for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
I created these sessions because after my own experience of anxiety in menopause, I know how overwhelming this transition can feel, and because women deserve practical, compassionate support that genuinely helps.
