SPRING REFRESH – 2 ONLINE Yoga for Perimenopause and Menopause sessions designed to optimise strength, core stability, and pelvic floor support.

1. Monday 27th April -Strong Foundations- Happy knees and better balance.

Feeling less steady or tired legs and aching knees? This session gives you purposeful movements for less fatigue, easier walking and better balance. Boost hip and lower body strength, release tension then put it all together in a flow.Perfect preparation for enjoying the great outdoors this summer

2. Monday 18th May -Deep Core Flow – If your core practice only focuses on sit ups then you are missing out. In fact, high intensity workouts can keep firing the nervous system into stress mode.This session designed for women in 40s, 50s and 60s gives you elements of my signature functional core moves that help ease of movement, pelvic floor support and softer, deeper breaths for calm.

Where: Online via Zoom

Time: 18:30 - 19:30 UK time

Places: £20 if you want to immerse in both programmes
