Menopause Support with Breathwork

  • Monique Fryer Yoga Online United Kingdom (map)

Perimenopause is a natural part of every woman’s life, maybe hitting you in your 40s, 50s or even 30s but it often arrives with more questions than answers.

If you’ve been feeling anxious, foggy, or constantly “on,” this series is for you. Over four weeks, I’ll guide you through gentle functional breathwork practices that help you slow down, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body.

Up to 85% of menopausal women experience memory difficulty or “mental fog”

60% of women in perimenopause report increased levels of anxiety

Chronic stress during menopause can increase the severity of hot flashes.

Hormones affect breathing. Studies show that stress and hormone changes affect breathing which affects anxiety, low energy and sleep.

You’ll learn that your breath is a powerful tool to ease menopause symptoms and that breathing well isn’t about taking big breaths or trying harder — it’s about softening, slowing, and allowing your body to find balance again.

Each session blends science-backed insight with soothing, accessible practices and relaxation techniques designed for women in perimenopause and beyond. You’ll start to notice the difference — not just in your body, but in your mood, your energy, and your ability to handle whatever life throws your way.

What You’ll Experience

✨ Simple ways to calm nerves and ease stress

✨ More energy — without needing more coffee

✨ Better focus and mental clarity

“That was just what I needed. I have been feeling on edge all day after a bad night’s sleep (again) last night and I feel so much better after that. When I read the class info it was like you were describing me and my sleep! I knew it would be perfect for me and it was! Thank you!” May

Forget the 'buy it and abandon it' video library. We practice together live, I guide you through it all, and each week we talk it through—what's helping, what needs tweaking, what's actually making a difference.

What to Expect

At it’s heart, this is a practice of refilling your cup and nourishment building that you can learn and practice regularly to offer yourself deep support during times of change.

You can do this lying on your sofa in comfy clothes. No experience necessary — there’s no right or wrong, and I’ll guide you step-by-step.

It’s about feeling better, not doing it perfectly

You’ll learn tools to reduce stress, improve focus, soothe anxiety, and support better sleep—practices you can take into everyday life.
