2020 was tough and like no other year but at last, there is new potential coming through. What better way to step into a new year than with a place to hit refresh and reboot your body and mind.

How brilliant to be inspired to move your body every day by fitting yoga and movement snacks into the day with tools for mini-meditations for balance and harmony.

I’ve been using all of my 20 years experience as a yoga teacher working with people who want to stay active but struggling to find time in between work and family commitments. Covid-19 made it even harder to switch off and prioritise their own wellbeing.

Each week I will take you through a session that enhances strength, mobility and offers you tools for centring.
