Maintaining strong bones is vital to enjoy moving well and to feel supple.

This workshop will focus on progressive ways to strengthen and lengthen your spine.

Explore key elements that open the chest, strengthen back muscles, support lower back and fill you with a sense of well being.

Using our movement practice, to release tension, allow openness and softness through the front body.

I think this is a great antidote to chilly days, hours sitting and less time to play outside.
