Good core strength has little to do with having a six-pack or doing hundreds of crunches. There is a better and more fun way to awaken the core.

Modern movement science understands that the best way to boost core function is with variety by working all the core muscles.

Core muscles wrap around the body and work to stabilise and keep you upright. weakness might manifest as low back pain, lack of strength or poor balance.

Learn fun and effective ways to increase strength and stability that help improve posture and also release abdominal tension to encourage easier breathing.

Join me from the comfort of your home. I will guide you through practices suitable for all levels with individual attention to alignment and modifying exercises to suit your needs.

Leave with some great exercises to continue by yourself and to incorporate into regular yoga classes.

The session closes with time for relaxation and to integrate the practice.
