What would it mean to have the day’s knots massaged away, to know exactly how to treat yourself to feel stretched, relaxed and tapped into more optimism?

Over 20 years of being a yoga practitioner I have learnt effective movement and breath practices that support physical and emotional wellbeing.

I know it’s a challenging time and as we move into autumn, spending more hours at a desk with fewer reasons to go outside into fresh air can have a negative effect. Feeling stiff, low mood or too wired to sleep.

I have created the We Rest Programme focused purely on helping you build your stress-buster toolkit. I’ll be guiding you step by step through a process that I’ve used and that helps my one to one clients.
