I love receiving messages from people who love my classes, use my techniques, and how it helps them in daily life.

On the flip side, I also hear a lot from people who are struggling, sad or exhausted and feel discouraged about what to do.

I know how tough it is to pick up and feel like your old self again. Over 20 years ago I bought a yoga video (yes, so long ago it was VHS!) As I felt happier, I saw many people who were tired, wired, or filled with self-doubt, yet they were punishing themselves by doing things that didn’t help and that they didn’t feel good about.

I’d like to inspire you in simple, yet effective ways to use yoga to soothe stress and anxiety. Do this routine any time but it can be lovely as an evening breathwork practice after a busy day

How to Practice this Breathwork

You don’t need to wear yoga clothes just find a comfortable seat.

Recommended prop: a yoga strap or a scarf
